Gas fires and wood stoves from DRU, Dik Geurts and Spartherm are underpinned by a comprehensive programme of customer service.

This important process begins with the design and development of our gas fires and stoves. The products are designed to be simple to use, easy to install, efficient in their use of fuel and to have a thorough service and maintenance regime.

DRU dealers and installers receive full training in the installation and operation of our gas fires and wood stoves. They are appointed in order to consult with, advise and support all customers, both during and after the sale.

DRU gas fires and woodburning stoves are subject to extended warranties, with all necessary service and maintenance work carried out by the DRU approved dealer, or in some cases by our national technical support team.

Customer care, service and maintenance is something that is taken very seriously by DRU and its associated brands and our dealers support us fully in this respect.
