Your privacy is of great importance to DRU Verwarming BV. Therefore, we fully comply with privacy legislation. This means that your data is safe with us and that we always treat your personal data with care. This privacy statement provides an explanation about what we do with information that we receive about you on our website http://www.drufire.com/.

Statistics and profiling
We maintain statistics about the use of our website. We use these statistics to improve our website, for example by showing information that still has relevance. We can combine your personal data to obtain more information about you. Of course, we respect your privacy always, but should you object to this, you may report this to us at any time.

For this purpose, we use your IP-address and cookies. We do that after obtaining your permission and we save this information for 50 months.

Contact form and ewsletter
You can use the contact form for sending us questions. You can submit specific requests using various pages on our website, such as receiving a brochure and entering your personal data.

For this purpose we use your e-mail address, IP-address, telephone number, name/address/city and gender. We need this information to answer your questions or handle your requests. We will retain this information for six months until we are sure that you are satisfied with our original response. That makes it easier for us to retrieve this information in case of follow-up questions 

You may subscribe to our newsletter, where you can read all about new items, special offers and get tips and information about our products and services. You can cancel your subscription at any time. Every newsletter contains an unsubscribe link.
Your e-mail address is added to the list of subscribers with your consent only. This data is saved for up to three months after you have cancelled your subscription.

DRU Eco Wave Control App 
With the DRU Eco Wave Control App on your mobile phone or tablet, you can easily control your gas fire. To register this App, you will need to provide some personal information, namely: your NAW details and e-mail address. This personal data will only be used for the registration of the App.  We always treat your personal data with care. For this reason, we also have a processing agreement with the manufacturer (iQontrol) of the DRU Eco Wave Control App. Your details will be kept for three months after you cancel your registration.

Advertisements
DRU Verwarming BV uses the data it collects via http://www.drufire.com/ and from all its country/language related websites to keep you updated about offers and new products or services. We do this by means of:

  • Regular post
  • E-mail
  • Social media
  • Telephone


You may object at any time against receiving advertisements. Each letter contains instructions of how you may do that. Each e-mail contains an unsubscribe link. You can block us or use the unsubscribe option. If you receive a telephone call, you can request not to receive advertisements.

Granting data to other companies or institutes
We provide other companies or institutes with your personal data only if this is necessary for our website, if this is necessary for a prescribed purpose, or if we are legally obliged to do so (e.g., if the police demand this in case of suspicion of crime ).
